Tell me about the trip you want and I’ll take care of the rest: proposal, bookings and documents, all in one link.
- Tell me about your trip. Fill in the request: destination (or “not sure yet”), dates, who’s going and the budget. No account needed.
- Get your proposal. Within 3 working days you get an email with a link to the proposal: the plan, what’s included and the total.
- Accept or adjust. In the proposal link you can accept, ask for changes or decline. Then we agree on the payment.
- Travel with peace of mind. Bookings and documents (tickets, vouchers) are in the same link, and a few days before you leave you get a reminder by email.

How long until I get the proposal?
Within 3 working days, by email, in a link of your own and as a PDF.
How do I pay?
After you accept the proposal: by bank transfer with your request reference, or through the payment link I send you. The payment conditions are in each proposal.
What if I have to cancel?
The cancellation conditions are in the proposal, before you accept. In some cases you can cancel free of charge, as explained in the Terms and conditions.
Are flights included?
It depends on the trip you ask for: I can book flights, accommodation, transport, activities and insurance. The proposal always says what is and isn’t included.
Is my trip protected?
Yes. A. Mano Travel Consulting is a travel agency registered in the RNAVT (no. 3301) and covered by the Portuguese Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund.
